Ingredients
1 large spaghetti squash (about 3 lbs)
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided

1 cup heavy cream

Preparation
Roast the Spaghetti SquashPreheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
